Kalinga Seneviratne University World News The University of the South Pacific (USP) in Fiji is spearheading fisheries market training and research across the region as part of a five-year programme funded to the tune of €5.7 million (US$6 million) by the European Union and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.
